  • VARIETY: 100% Verdeca
  • AREA: Vineyards Monteschiavo, Acquaviva delle Fonti
  • TYPE OF SOIL: Very deep soil with silty clay loam
  • GROWING METHOD: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4 300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 7 tons
  • GRAPE GATHERING: Mechanical harvest during the last week of September
  • VINITIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5% vol.

TASTING NOTES

  • SIGHT: Straw-yellow flashes on a greenish background
  • NOSE: Delicate hints of apple, white peach and banana, intertwined with hints of fennel, herbs and wild flowers
  • PALATE: The sip is pleasantly crossed by fruity echoes, between flashes of freshness and savoury streams
