    • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the second ten days of September
    • VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature

    TASTING NOTES

    • APPEARANCE: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections
    • NOSE: Enveloping aromas of plum, cherry and ripe damson, accompanied by hints of thyme, tobacco and liquorice
    • PALATE: Full and balanced, with generous warmth softened by velvety tannins and juicy freshness. Long, coherent finish.
