GRAPE HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the last week of September
VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle
Alcohol Content 11.5% vol.

TASTING NOTES

SIGHT: Straw-yellow flashes on a greenish background
NOSE: Delicate hints of apple, white peach and banana, intertwined with hints of fennel, herbs and wildflowers
