  • PRODUCTION AREA: Crispiano, Masseria Scorace
  • SOIL TYPE: Iron-red soil characterized by a layer of calcareous rock
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
  • VINES PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 80 quintals
  • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest of the grapes in the first half of September
  • WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
  • AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

Tasting Notes

  • APPEARANCE: Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections
  • NOSE: Intense and refined aromas of bergamot, banana, peach-nectarine, green apple, chamomile, and hawthorn on a mossy background
  • TASTE: Delicately aromatic palate with good body, accented by a tasty fresh-savoury vein; persistent finish with excellent balance
