  • VARIETIES: Falanghina 100%
  • PRODUCTION AREA: Vigneto Marchesana, Gioia del Colle
  • SOIL TYPE: Iron-red soil characterized by a layer of calcareous rock
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur cordon
  • VINES PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 70 quintals
  • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest of the grapes in the second half of September
  • WINEMAKING: Gentle pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
  • AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

  • APPEARANCE: Pale straw-yellow color, with bright crystalline clarity
  • NOSE: Intense and delicate aromas of bergamot, peach, apricot, banana, chamomile, lemon balm, and sage
