HARVEST Hand harvesting in boxes during the first half of September
VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
AGING: 24 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in bottle
Alcohol Content 16.5% vol.

TASTING NOTES

SIGHT: Deep purple-red with ruby reflections.
NOSE: Dense bouquet of wild forest fruits, blackberry and plum, with gentle notes of flowers (rose) and tea leaves. Enhanced by hints of licorice, graphite, and wild herbs
PALATE: Powerful, elegant, and austere. Supported by smooth tannins, underlying minerality, and ample acidity. An everlasting finish that perfectly matches the nose
