SOIL: Red iron soil, characterized by an underlying layer of limestone
Vine Training System: Spur-pruned cordon

PRODUCTION PER HECTARE 6 tons
HARVEST Mechanical harvest during the second week of September
VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
AGING: 12 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in the bottle
Alcohol Content 15% vol.
