  • GRAPES: 100% Minutolo
  • Production Area Crispiano, Masseria Scorace, Apulia
  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterized by an underlying layer of limestone
  • Vine Training System: Guyot
  • Plants per hectare: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE 8 Tons
  • HARVEST Mechanical harvest during the first half of September
  • VINIFICATION Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
  • AGING: Three months in stainless steel tanks and two months in the bottle
  • Alcohol Content 12% vol.

TASTING NOTES

  • SIGHT: Straw-yellow color with light green reflections
  • NOSE: Intense nose of bergamot, banana, nectarine, green apple, chamomile and hawthorn, with a musky background
  • PALATE: Delicately aromatic on the palate, with good texture, followed by a fresh salinity. A persistent finish that perfectly matches the nose
