Tasting Notes

Deep red with bright ruby reflections. On the nose, delicate floral notes of rose merge with memories of black cherry, blueberry, and orange.
Sanguinella. A balanced and coherent sip, driven by a clear freshness and a tonic tannic vein. Delicious citrusy finish. To be paired with baked pasta dishes, devil's pizza, cured meats, white meats, veal and pork preparations.
