- SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
- VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur-pruned cordon
- PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
- PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 9 tons
- HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the first week of September
- VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
- AGING: 24 months in stainless steel tanks and 12 months in the bottle
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
TASTING NOTES
- SIGHT: Deep ruby-red with violet dazzles
- NOSE: Intense aroma of little black fruits (blackberry, sour cherry, ripe cherry) with delicate notes of flowers (violet) and herbs (mint)
- PALATE: Full, long and velvety, ending with hints of almond
