- HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the second half of September
- VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
- AGING: 5 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% vol.
- RESIDUAL SUGAR: 4 GR/LT
TASTING NOTES
- SIGHT: Ruby red colour with bright purple reflections
- NOSE: Intense aroma of cherry, plum and blackberry, delicately woven with notes of violet, myrtle and blood orange
- PALATE: Full and fresh sip with fine tannins well integrated into the texture of the wine. Long finish, with notes of prune, fig, wild herbs, and red citrus fruit
