- PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyard Conetto, Acquaviva delle Fonti
- SOIL: Red ferrous soil, with underlying limestone layer
- VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur pruned cordon
- PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4 300
- PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 8 tonnes
- HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the last week of August
- VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
- SECOND FERMENTATION: In sealed tanks at a low temperature. Left in contact with the yeast for three months in the tank. Refinement in the bottle for at least one month
- ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.
- RESIDUAL SUGAR: 10 GR/LT
TASTING NOTES
- SIGHT: Brilliant coral pink with frenzied perlage
- NOSE: Delicious perfumes of strawberry, cherry, rose petal and mandarin
- PALATE: Full sip, enhanced by a saline character; charming and coherent, with a pleasant bitterness in the end
- FOOD PAIRING: Cold cuts, semi mature cheeses, pasta dishes with tomato, fish and white meat
